 PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a special joint meeting of the Custer County Planning Commission and the Custer County Board of Supervisors will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., beginning at 31245 Hwy 14, Clay Center, Nebraska 68933.

The purpose of the meeting is to tour data center facilities within the South Central Public Power District, beginning in Clay Center, and including nearby sites.

No formal action will be taken during the tour; however, a quorum of both public bodies will be present.

An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the Custer County Zoning Office.
